Jo orpwood
Jo Orpwood is a remarkable 14 year old young man. When he was 8 years old he was diagnosed with the first of three brain tumours. The equipment that Neurocare provided saved his life. But beating back this disease wasn't enough for Jo. Ever since then he's been raising money to help Neurocare support more people through a wide variety of neurological impairment.
Chris parker
A contemporary of Jo's, 15 year old Chris Parker cooked up, branded, bottled and launched Ding! Chilli Sauce in 2012 as a way of raising money for Neurocare. He's been tingling and tantalising taste buds throughout South Yorkshire ever since, getting the word out about Neurocare on the back of hot dogs and inside burgers. Once bitten, never forgotten!
Rob creasey
The Ding Don Chilli Dash is led by Rob Creasey, Jo's athletics coach who works with young people across South Yorkshire through education and sport.
Rob is a founding member of Scool Runnings, a community-based organisation that supports talented young athletes and performers from all over South Yorkshire, and took four lads from Jo's school in Sheffield up a mountain, pushing them off down the Olympic Bob Run as the world's first School Bobsleigh Team!
